Getting to Know YOU
1. Every child needs someone to “teach them to fly”. Looking back over your life, was there anyone who did that for you?

2. What was your relationship to your father growing up? Now? How does that impact the way you are towards your children today?

3. How does your relationship with your father affect your relationship to the heavenly Father?

Passages to Ponder
1. Read Matthew 7:11. Some are fortunate enough to have wonderful dads. Jesus compares God to the greatest of earthly fathers. What does he call even the best of earthly dads? Why do you suppose He chose to use such a word?

2. Read Matthew 7:9. This is the opening line to the Lord’s Prayer. Do you suppose that there is any significance Jesus beginning this way? Is there a connection to God’s title of “Father” and hallowing His Name?

Show Me the Way
1.  Faith is eternal in nature. We are called to live in a zero time with an eternal impact. As we age we tend to gain a clearer view of the eternal. How has this played out in your life?

2.  Enoch left behind a godly legacy for little Noah to emulate. What is your hope for your legacy to your kids and grandkids?

3. The Bible says “faith pleases God”. How so?
