Getting to Know YOU
1. What are some ways outside of finances that you have seen fear and unbelief keep yourself or others from God’s best?
2. Has fear ever paralyzed you? How do you overcome it?
3. Hannah was barren, prayed to God, and promised to give her boy back to God if He blessed her. He did. Hannah followed through. Have you ever observed a person is desperation, cry out to God and make a huge promise to Him and then follow through? What about yourself? Was there further blessing?
Passages to Ponder
1. Read 2 Cor. 8:9, 9:8, and 9:10-15. What observations do you glean from Paul’s writings?
2. Read Mt 6:24 & 33. Observe these passages closely. Get them in your spirit. What affect should these two verses have on the Christian and their concerns of financial gain/ investments? What does Jesus promise to them who get it right?
